Take for example Tunisia Adopted New Accountancy System Since 1997 Called Financial Statement instead of General Accounting . Before they entred in Partenariat with Europe Since 1995 , and waiting to contunue some great projects like Sport City ,Tabaroura and others like new Mashall Plan but the revolution parralized all things even in other Regions in the World or in Africa such as the appearing of terrorism as a challenge of Safety against development and Global trade in general . 2- Second Step is to waiting for U.N. Reforms and forecast New Theories in Economy depending in Global Social Movements . As for the question of European Market and U.S. Department of Commerce the issue of regulations and certification process couldn't totally solved only if some markets avoid technological mistakes such as what happening in some European car industries . or else accepting pure and fair concurrence for Peace or else tackling well the climate change issue promulgated in Paris Cop 21 Of Climate Change in December 2015 .
